Tracking Users
The total number of licensed Users is managed and displayed through the Users Explorer. When a User is created, a User Preference file and directory is created on the Knowledge Base Server. User profiles and Groups are managed according to the separation of Administrators and Users, and are stored on the Knowledge Base Server under:
